Taiji/Qigong class offers flowing exercises that nourish & circulate energy in the body while quieting the mind into focus. Students report feeling improved balance and coordination and an overall feeling of well-being. Taiji (pronounced Ti Gee) is the philosophy of interdependence and change. Qigong (pronounced chee gong) Qi, is a Chinese term meaning energy, the vital life force known as Prana. Gong refers to attainment achieved through practice.
